'TheFutureOfNow' started with one humble ambition: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi family back in 1985, our pizzeria was once a quaint, family-owned venture with secret recipes passed along generations.
Marco Rossi, the originator, mastered the pizza craft on her journeys across Italy, gaining insights from expert pizza chefs in Naples—the homeland of pizza. After her return to the UK, she set out to bring to life the splendor of original Italian pizza, employing classic techniques and the best ingredients available.
This once small 12-seater pizzeria is now a cherished community mainstay, and while it's expanded, our dedication to excellence and genuine craftsmanship stands firm. We continue to bake with wood-fire ovens, roll out fresh dough every day, and choose top-tier ingredients for our dishes.
Nowadays, 'TheFutureOfNow' is still a family-run business, with the Rossi lineage at the helm, ensuring a team of enthusiastic professionals. Even as we integrate some new technologies, the core of what we do—producing delectable, bona fide pizza that unites families and friends—stays unchanged.
